As one would expect from a Rocky Mountain law firm, The Hustead Law Firm's D&O practice has an interesting experience base. We have represented carriers in the domestic and London market, and officers and directors themselves on matters ranging from non-profit corporations, to high tech companies, to irrigation ditches. As our backgrounds reflect, we match the sophistication of firms from New York and Chicago (our record of success against them has proven that), yet we know "the way things work" in the Old West. At about half the price.
