Nicholas D. Cattaneo

Nick is an Associate at The Hustead Law Firm. He graduated from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. He subsequently attended Toledo Law School. While in law school, he worked as a Public Defender at Toledo Municipal Court and interned as corporate counsel for Libbey Glass.

Nick moved to Colorado from Detroit, Michigan in 2021. He took the Colorado Bar and was admitted that same year. To begin his legal career, he practiced Plaintiff side personal injury law with a focus on motor vehicle collisions and premises liability claims under Colorado’s Premises Liability Act. He now focuses on Defense side personal injury law, bad faith, coverage disputes, and construction defect cases at The Hustead Law Firm.

When not at work, Nick can be found playing chess, dungeons and dragons, golfing, or engaging in anything involving a little friendly competition.
